Agreement to Hold Harmless Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in dog training classes with Daytripper Dog Training, I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in activities with and around dogs and I am participating in these classes or activities with full knowledge of these potential risks.

To participate in Daytripper Dog Training classes or other activities, I, being fully informed of such risks, agree:

  1. to assume all risks of such classes and/or activities.

  2. to release Daytripper Dog Training, its instructors, trainers and assistants from any and all claims which I or my assigns may have that may result from such classes and/or activities, including those relating to personal injury to myself, my dog(s), dogs in my charge, members of my family or guests and those relating to damage to property, in each case caused directly or indirectly by acts that might occur in or in relation to Daytripper Dog Training classes; and

  3. to indemnify, defend and hold Daytripper Dog Training, its instructors, trainers and assistants, harmless from all damage, loss, liability or expense, whether arising from negligence or any other reason or cause whatsoever, including legal costs and lawyer’s fees, which may result from any damage caused directly or indirectly by myself or dog(s) which I own or handle.

Terms of Service

Group Classes

Your spot in class is secured upon receipt of a completed Registration Form, acknowledgment of this form and payment in full.

Refunds:  There are no refunds seven days from the class start date unless your spot can be filled by another participant. 

Private Lessons and Behaviour Consultations

A completed lesson Registration Form or Consultation Questionnaire, acknowledgment of this form and payment in full are due before the first lesson date is scheduled and reserved. 

Refunds:  Refunds will not be issued once lessons have begun.  Where clients cancel a scheduled lesson with less than 48 hours notice, that individual lesson fee is forfeited.
